About this position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure that advertising strategies align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from initial concept to execution and post-campaign analysis. Continuously optimize ads to ensure maximum performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while achieving desired KPIs and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance. Regularly analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPC, and ROI to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior ads managers, providing guidance on best practices, campaign strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand goals.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising and suggest innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
  • Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms. Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of ads professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to drive campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies clearly to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred).
